Beth DeFrino, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist and Certified Health Service Provider.  She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University New England.  Dr. DeFrino completed her internship training at The University of Massachusetts Medical School/Worcester State Hospital and post-doctoral fellowship training at Children’s Hospital Boston/Harvard Medical School, with a specialization in pediatric and child clinical psychology.     

Availability: 
Dr. DeFrino is available Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as Wednesday afternoons, in our Norwood office.

Services Provided:
Dr. DeFrino provides parent guidance and family therapy, as well as individual treatment for children, adolescents and adults.  She has experience treating a wide range of emotional and behavioral health problems, with specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy.   Dr. DeFrino has expertise in treating individuals with ADHD, Generalized Anxiety, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Obesity, Encopresis, as well as Depression/Anxiety related to a cancer diagnosis.
