Clinical Psychologist

Andrew Richlin, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist and Certified Health Services Provider.  Dr. Richlin graduated from The California School of Professional Psychology with a degree in clinical psychology. He received extensive pre and post-doctoral training in family therapy and early intervention strategies at the Julia Ann Singer Center in Los Angeles, CA.  Dr. Richlin's practice emphasizes the integration Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems and Psychodynamic interventions to cater treatment to specific client needs.

AVAILABILITY
Dr. Richlin is available Monday through Friday at our Norwood office only. 

INSURANCE NETWORKS
Dr. Richlin participates in the Harvard Pilgrim (UBH-PacifiCare), Blue Cross Blue Sheild, United Behavioral Health (UBH) and Aetna networks. 

Although he does not participate with Tufts Health Plan their PPO plan typically covers our services on an out of network basis.  Many CIGNA and other network plans cover his services on an out of network basis.  When you receive services on an out of network basis payment is requirement at the time of service. We will provide you will a receipt to use to submit to your plan for reimbursement.

Under Massachusetts law you are entitled to coverage by the treatment provider type of your choice (e.g., doctoral level psychologist), using a full range of treatment modalities (i.e., behavioral/cognitive behavioral treatment) in a clinically "appropriate" amount of time.  If you cannot obtain those services within your network you may wish to advocate for coverage a specific psychologist services by your network.
