CRAIG MALCOLM, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and Certified Health Service Provider.  Dr. Malcolm received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Boston University.  He completed his Internship in Clinical Psychology at the Boston VA and his Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Pediatric and Adult Neuropsychology at Brown University. He practices Child and Adult Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology.

AVAILABILITY

Dr. Malcolm is available Monday through Thursday, and Saturday, in our Norwood office only.

 

INSURANCE NETWORKS

Dr. Malcolm is a participating provider for the following networks: AETNA, APA Health Care, Health Care Value Management, Harvard Pilgrim (PacifiCare), HMO Blue Massachusetts, HMO Blue-New England (Magellan), Magellan, Motorolla (APS), One Health Plan-PPO, and Private Health Care Systems-PPO. Other networks, including Blue Cross PPO and Tufts Health Plan PPO, provide payment for this doctor's services on an out of network basis.  We are happy to bill these PPO's directly for services provided to their PPO members.

 

SERVICES PROVIDED

Dr. Malcolm provides neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents and adults.  He also provides individual and family psychotherapy for adolescents and adults.
