KIRK LUM, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist.  Dr. Lum attended the Tufts University School of Medicine.  He completed his Residency in General Psychiatry at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Program before completing a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Hospital Program.  He also has a Master's degree in secondary education.

AVAILABILITY

Dr. Lum is available in our Norwood office only.  He available on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Fridays.  Initial evaluations are offered on Friday mornings only.

INSURANCE NETWORKS

Dr. Lum currently participates in the AETNA, HMO Blue/Magellan, Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, Harvard Pilgrim (PacifiCare), and Health Care Value Management Networks only.

Some networks may provide payment for this doctor's services on an out of network basis. However, payment is required at the time of service for all out of network services.

 

SERVICES PROVIDED

Dr. Lum provides psychiatric evaluation and pharmacological treatment only.  Dr. Lum is only accepting new patients under the age of 18.  All new patients must be currently receiving regular psychotherapy by one of our staff psychologists.  If a patient is not currently receiving psychotherapy they may request such services at CFPS at the same time as requesting services from Dr. Lum.
