Seeking energetic, independently licensed Psychologist (PhD / PsyD) or licensed therapist (LMHC / LICSW) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen to join our team! The position is ideal for clinicians who have experience working with children utilizing empirically supported treatment, are comfortable in a medical environment, and who enjoy 100% clinical work in a fast-paced setting.
Behavioral Health Clinicians (BHC) are embedded within Pediatric offices and are integral to primary care teams. They participate in case consultations and are often sought after by Pediatricians for their expertise. Pediatric BHCs work with children, adolescents, and their parents on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions, mental health, developmental concerns, and behavioral struggles. BHCs use evidence-based therapies like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and brief targeted treatment, and conduct screens for ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other conditions. BHCs frequently consult with parents, schools, and medical professionals. Ongoing training and peer support provided. Our outpatient practice is a busy, well-respected multi-specialty group practice around since 1994.
We are comprised of Psychologists, Social Workers, Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Nurse specialists who see children, adolescents, and adults for a range of presenting concerns. We offer well-appointed offices, an EMR system, a weekly consultation group, and dedicated professionals with whom to collaborate, who we consider the lifeblood of our practice. We also offer talented support staff who handle everything from insurance authorizations, to credentialing new associates, to collection of payments.
- Flexible scheduling, FT or PT. Ideally, FT with split time between a Pediatric Primary Care setting and one of our outpatient offices.
- No cap on compensation. A guaranteed minimum cash flow can be provided initially until caseload is built up.

We have an innovative clinical delivery services model and business plan designed to adapt to the changing health care system. As a multidisciplinary practice, we are able to offer a full range of services including psychiatric evaluations, psychological evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations, psychopharmacology and individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group psychotherapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Our clinicians are also embedded in medical offices throughout eastern Massachusetts. We also offer support and training for clinicians wishing to provide telehealth services from our offices and their own home offices.
We also provide peer consultation groups, have full time technology/media support, and we are APA approved to provide continuing education programs. Additionally, we have an active post-doctoral training programming and will be participating in an APA-approved internship consortium.
