Kristin Bennett, Psy.D. is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Bennett received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University with a minor in Sociology. She completed her master’s degree in Professional Psychology, followed by her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, at William James College.
Dr. Bennett completed her internship at the Children’s Charter Trauma Clinic in Waltham, where she provided outpatient and in-home therapy services to children, adolescent, and adult trauma survivors. During her internship year, she gained experience implementing play therapy techniques, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family systems therapy. Dr. Bennett also completed pre-doctoral training at High Point Treatment Center and Arbour Fuller Hospital – In Home Therapy Department.
Dr. Bennett is available in the Norwood office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. She is available in the Weymouth office Thursday and Friday.
Dr. Bennett is able to provide in network services for individuals with the following health plans. Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Behavioral Health (UBH), Harvard Pilgrim (UBH-Pacificare), and Beacon Health Strategies-Commercial.
