Lauren Chisholm, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and practices adult and geriatric neuropsychology. She received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Dr. Chisholm completed her predoctoral internship training with an adult/geriatric neuropsychology focus at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, West Haven. She also completed one year of postdoctoral training in Adult/Geriatric Neuropsychology at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Chisholm’s research has focused on the relationship between cognitive and behavioral symptoms and everyday functioning in persons with cognitive disorders. She also has published papers on topics relating to psychological well-being in persons with neurological disorders.
Dr. Chisholm provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adults and older adults. She specializes in the assessment and diagnosis of adult learning disorders, cognitive dysfunction secondary to medical and psychiatric illness, and neurological disorders including differential diagnosis of dementia.

Dr. Chisholm is a participating provider in the following health plan networks: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Behavioral Health (UBH), Harvard Pilgrim (UBH-Pacificare), Beacon Health Strategies-Commercial & GIC Plans, Medicare, Tufts, and Coventry/First Health. For all other networks, payment is expected at the time of service. Some networks may provide partial coverage for her services on an out of network basis.
