About Anya Potter, Ph.D., ABPP

Anya Potter, Ph.D., ABPP is a licensed psychologist who is board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Potter received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts – Boston. She completed her neuropsychology internship at the Edith Nourse Veterans Memorial Hospital in Bedford, MA where she completed rotations in adult inpatient, geriatric memory, and traumatic brain injury (TBI) clinics. She completed her post-doctoral neuropsychology fellowship at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School where she completed inpatient and outpatient evaluation as well as specialty clinics in primary care and memory. Dr. Potter’s past research interests focused on cognitive training in normal aging populations as they relate to real-life skills such as driving. Outside of her clinical and research interests, Dr. Potter served as a student member and then member-at-large on the board of directors for the Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society (MNS) from 2011-2016.

Dr. Potter conducts assessments for adults and older adults with neurological injuries or diseases, medical conditions that affect cognition, attention problems, learning disabilities, and emotional problems that can affect personal relationships, work/school, and/or social functioning. Dr. Potter is dedicated to helping people improve their functioning at school, work, home, and/or socially. Dr. Potter is bilingual and provides evaluations for English and Croatian speaking clients. In addition to her clinical services, Dr. Potter also serves as the Associate Director of Evaluation Services for LifeStance Health's Massachusetts area offices.
