Eric Schlesinger, M.A, is a psychology intern with the William James College Consortium. Mr. Schlesinger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at George Washington University. He received his Master of Arts in Professional Psychology at William James College. Prior to his placement at CFPS, Mr. Schlesinger completed a practicum placement at the Integrated Center for Child Development where he provided individual therapy to individuals aged 7 to 20. Mr. Schlesinger also has practicum experience working at the Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services, where he provided individual therapy to individuals across the lifespan, utilizing cognitive-behavioral and humanistic approaches. He also had a prior placement at the Wayland School, providing individual and group therapy to promote cognitive, behavioral, and emotional growth in middle school-age children.
While at CFPS, Mr. Schlesinger will be continuing his work providing therapy services to children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of presentations.
Mr. Schlesinger is available in the Norwood office on Monday and Thursday, as well as Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
Mr. Schlesinger is able to provide in network services for individuals with the following health plans. Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Behavioral Health (UBH), Harvard Pilgrim (UBH-Pacificare), and Beacon Health Strategies-Commercial & GIC Plans.
