About Alison Manikowski, M.A.

Alison Manikowski, M.A, is a psychology intern with the William James College Consortium. Mrs. Manikowski received her undergraduate degree from Villanova University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She received her Master of Arts in Professional Psychology at William James College. Prior to her placement at CFPS, Mrs. Manikowski completed a practicum placement at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, where she provided integrated assessment and consultative services in a pediatric bariatric weight loss clinic, a pediatric cardiology clinic, and a pediatric feeding clinic. Mrs. Manikowski also has practicum experiences working in the New England Conservatory Counseling Center, where she provided individual therapy services for undergraduate and graduate students, and at the Cotting School in Lexington, where she provided individual and group therapy services for children with special needs.

Mrs. Manikowski will be continuing her work with children and adolescents while here at CFPS. She has particular interest and experience working with children and adolescents with both psychiatric and medical challenges.
