Dr. Anthony Primavera is committed to providing clinical therapy services to clients presenting with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to: anxiety disorders (including panic attacks), major depression, relationship struggles, adjustment concerns, addiction struggles, and navigating various life transitions. He has experience in community mental health, integrated care, and college counseling settings.
Dr.Primavera primarily provides individual therapy using an integrated, evidence-based approach to treatment that blends elements of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Person-Centered Psychotherapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. He is also experienced in mindfulness-based approaches to treatment and motivational interviewing. Anthony is attentive to both the struggles his clients experience and to how they can use their strengths and resources to support healthy change.

Dr. Primavera received his doctoral training in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Health Psychology at Antioch University, New England. This was followed by a clinical internship at University of New Hampshire Psychological and Counseling Services, and he is currently in his postdoctoral fellowship at LifeStance Health. He also received his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University, New England, as part of his doctoral training.
