Dr. Tam provides neuropsychological evaluations and consultations for individuals ranging from infant to young adult with developmental, learning, emotional, and behavioral concerns. She specializes in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for issues related to autism spectrum disorder, ADD/ADHD, language, emotional/behavioral functioning, and learning/developmental problems.
Dr. Tam received her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at the University at Albany, SUNY, followed by a pre- and post-doctoral fellowship at the Yale University School of Medicine Child Study Center. In addition, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at the MGH Learning and Emotional Assessment Program (LEAP). Prior to her doctoral training, Dr. Tam received a Master’s Degree in Psychological Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University.
