Dr. Andrew provides neuropsychological assessment and consultation services that aid in diagnosis and treatment planning for patients across the adult lifespan (young to older adults). She has expertise working with individuals with neurological injury/illness including dementia, developmental disorder (e.g., ADHD) and other medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, cancer, autoimmune disorders) that can affect cognition, physical ability, work/school functioning and/or social functioning. Her clinical interests include the differential diagnosis of both early-onset and late-onset dementias, consequences of acquired brain injury and traumatic brain injury (ABI/TBI; e.g., aphasia due to stroke) and cognitive rehabilitation.
Dr. Andrew completed her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois with an emphasis on social justice and clinical neuropsychology. She completed a pre-doctoral internship in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation at Quality Living, Inc. (QLI), which is a brain and spinal cord injury residential rehabilitation facility through the Nebraska Internship Consortium in Professional Psychology (NICPP). Dr. Andrew then completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the Baltimore VA Medical Center.
