Dr. Kelsch is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing individual therapy to adults age 18 and older. She specializes in treating PTSD/trauma, addressing concerns relevant to LGBTQ+ individuals, supporting adjustment to medical conditions, and improving health/wellness. Additionally she treats clients with general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, and stress. Dr. Kelsch practices with an integrative approach using cognitive behavioral therapy modalities (cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure) as well as using eclectic, client-centered treatment informed by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and existential/meaning making approaches. She sees clients Monday through Thursday with day and evening hours.
Dr. Kelsch received her Doctorate in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Miami. She completed her pre-doctoral training in health psychology and PTSD treatment at the Phoenix VA Medical Center. She later completed her post-doctoral training in LGBTQ Healthcare at VA Boston and Fenway Health.
