About Courtney B. Kelsch, Ph.D.

Dr. Kelsch is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing individual therapy to adults aged 21 and older. She also treats clients with general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, and stress. Dr. Kelsch practices with an integrative approach using cognitive behavioral therapy modalities (cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure) as well as using eclectic, client-centered treatment informed by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and existential/meaning making approaches. She sees clients by telehealth only, Mondays through Thursdays, with both daytime and evening hours.
