About Fe D. Festin, M.D., DFAPA

Dr. Festin is a Board Certified Psychiatrist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a Distinguished Fellow by the American Psychiatric Association. She provides psychiatric assessment, psychopharmacology and individual psychotherapy to adults age 18 and older and specializes in treating adults with mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and women’s mental health issues, particularly perinatal mental health issues. Dr. Festin utilizes psychodynamic psychotherapy. She has office hours on Thursday afternoon/evening.

Dr. Festin received her degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and completed her psychiatric residency at Harvard South Shore Psychiatry Residency Program (Formerly VA Brockton-West Roxbury/ Massachusetts Mental Health Center Psychiatry Residency Program, affiliated with Harvard Medical School). Additionally she completed an OB-GYN Residency at UP-PGH Medical Center OB-GYN Residency Program.
