Elysha Greenberg, PsyD. is a licensed Psychologist whose genuine care, empathic nature, unconditional acceptance, and skill in helping others is central to her work with clients in therapy. Dr. Greenberg particular expertise and passion is to help individuals and families make healthy shifts towards growth and development in her work with very young children, children of all ages, teens, young adults, and adults. Dr. Greenberg is eclectic in her therapeutic approach in that she incorporates techniques from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapy, play therapy, expressive arts therapy, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, client-centered counseling, psychoeducation, and an integrative approach focusing on the whole person and all aspects of their life experiences. Dr. Greenberg's style is one of true compassion and authentic interest in the thoughts, feelings, and experiences of each client she meets. Dr. Greenberg believes in the importance of helping clients to understand their challenges in collaboration with their areas of strength and offers a supportive, focused, and unique approach to managing difficulties and fostering growth.
Elysha Greenberg, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College (formally Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology). She obtained her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in Psychology with a minor in Hispanic Studies, and completed a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. Dr. Greenberg completed an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship and her post-doctoral training through the Freedman Center for Child and Family Development. She also completed pre-doctoral training at Bridgewater State University's college counseling center and the Triumph Center. During this time, Dr. Greenberg's work included supporting infants, toddlers, parents, children, teens, and adults with both preventative mental health support and treatment services in various therapeutic settings.
