Emma specializes in working with young children to young adults, focusing on stress, anxiety, depression, attentional difficulties, attachment, and life transitions. She provides individual and family therapy utilizing a variety of techniques that best fit your needs. Emma has experience in CBT, DBT, skill building, art therapy, mindfulness, parent coaching, and somatic therapy.
Emma has worked with all ages in various locations. She started her work in the field doing In-Home Therapy through The Guidance Center. She has also worked as a school counselor and in Primary Care offices as an integrated therapist.
Emma received her Masters of Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy at Lesley University. She completed Internships at Center House Day Treatment Program and Franciscan Hospital for Children.
