About Gregory I. Young, Ph.D., LABA, BCBA

Dr. Young is a Cognitive Behavioral/Behavioral psychologist who treats children and adolescents. He specializes in anxiety disorders, behavioral difficulties, pediatric sleep disorders and problem behaviors associated with sleep, toileting issues, compliance and adherence with medical regimen, and coping and adjustment to acute and chronic medical conditions. Dr. Young also has a sub-specialty in working with individuals with cognitive/developmental disabilities and is a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. He utilizes a family therapy approach combined with parent training. Additionally, Dr. Young will utilize individual psychotherapy for older adolescents when appropriate.

    Dr. Young received his PhD in Combined School and Counseling Psychologist from Northeastern University. He completed his doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Young is both a licensed psychologist and behavior analyst in the state of Massachusetts.
