About Heather Davidson, LMHC

Heather Davidson provides a wholistic approach to therapy treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, relationship, and adjustment issues. Ms. Davidson believes in building a strong partnership, compassion, and having a sense of humor with her clients in order to empower them to create and achieve their hopes and dreams. Ms. Davidson provides individual therapy using CBT and interpersonal and strength-based treatment approaches. She has experience treating various mental health issues, including ADD & ADHD, Adjustment disorders, Anxiety, depression, and Bipolar Disorder. She provides individual therapy using strength-based, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral focused treatment to adults and geriatric patients.
