Ivy uses cognitive behavioral therapy to explore the relationship between thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. Her areas of specialty include: anxiety associated with vocational, familial, and relational stress; life changes, including aging, divorce, marriage, and mixing families; panic disorders, depression, LGBTQ+, neurodiversity, and adjustment disorders. Ivy strives to engage in collaborative therapeutic relationships with her clients and leaves space in sessions to fully hear clients' stories in hopes of providing tools for navigating life's inevitable fluctuations.
Ivy received her master's degree in Professional Counseling at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
