Jennifer Pollock, LMHC, provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. She provides evidenced-based treatment modalities for treating depression, anxiety, communication difficulties, and adjustment; such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. Jenn’s approach to therapy encompasses an individual’s strengths and looks at the therapeutic relationship as a powerful tool to help individuals increase his/her insight into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Jennifer received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, with additional certifications in both the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child and Family Interventions through Assumption College in Worcester, Ma. Upon receiving her degree, she went on to work with the Department of Youth Services in a wide range of capacities including juvenile detention, residential treatment, and recidivism working with adolescents, families, and young adults.
