Jessica utilizes a holistic approach to therapy to treat a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, anger management, and adjustment and/or behavioral concerns. She treats adults, adolescents, and children with a warm, person centered approached.
Jessica provides individual and family therapy utilizing a variety of modalities depending on clients’ needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person centered solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), stress- management/relaxation techniques, mindfulness-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing (MI), as well as nutritional options as part of the treatment planning process in order to aid you in meeting your personal and specific needs.
Jessica provides evidence-based psychological treatments for individuals of all ages. Her areas of specialty include depression, anxiety and mood disorders, stress-related disorders, substance use, career challenges, anger management, relational/familial conflicts, and health-behavior/lifestyle changes. In addition to her clinical services, Jessica also serves as the integrated care clinician for an integrated care practice in Northbridge, MA.
Jessica received her Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling with a specialization in mental health counseling, as well as a Certificate program for substance abuse counseling at Adler University in Chicago, IL. She completed her field training in community mental health settings, as well as in Chicago's Cook County Jail. From there, she worked for multiple years in a Behavioral Health hospital after moving back to the New England area.
