About Katherine Patrick, Psy.D.

Dr. Patrick has experience treating a wide range of mental and behavioral health issues. Her experience includes treating children and families, as well as adults who are struggling with issues like: depression; anxiety; life-stage adjustment; parenting and couples’ work; behavioral concerns; adoption; familial stress; complex trauma; LGBTQIA issues; and racial/cultural identity development. She takes an eclectic approach to therapy, using the therapeutic relationship as a jumping off point for positive change. For younger children, Dr. Patrick also utilizes play therapy techniques.
