Laura is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is blessed to love her work. Using creative expression and exploratory conversation, she has the honor of witnessing profound personal, relational, and professional growth. Laura has been licensed to practice counseling since 2006.
Clients who respond well to Laura’s compassionate and relational style are often learning to cope with and heal challenges related to: anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, self-esteem and shame, relationship concerns, stress, career exploration and life transition, grief/loss, and issues specific to women. She makes use of mindfulness based approaches and therapeutic creative expression with adult clients of all backgrounds during a variety of life transitions.

Laura received a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with a focus on Counseling from the University of Texas at Austin in 2006. She was licensed in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and LPC Supervisor until her move to Massachusetts in 2013. She is now licensed in MA as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Laura makes use of creative expression and mindfulness approaches in her work with adult clients.
