About Magda Kozdrowicz LMHC, MT-BC, NMT
Magda is a licensed mental health counselor, who provides individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. She has experience in supporting patients with various mental health issues such as anxiety, performance anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress related to chronic health problems or life transitions. She specializes in treating PTSD/trauma and attachment issues using evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, somatic therapies, mindfulness and meditation, DBT, and ACT. Magda is also an Expressive Art Therapist, and she enjoys integrating music and art with traditional talk therapy, upon request. She approaches her work with warmth, openness, compassion and empathy, which helps her to connect with her patients to promote healing, growth and finding meaning in their lives.

Magda received her combined Master’s Degree in Psychology and Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapies at Lesley University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as Board Certified Music Therapist and Neurological Music Therapist. Magda is fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused-CBT, and she completed Level One and Two in Trauma- Informed Expressive Arts Therapy®. In addition, she completed Level I training of Guided Imagery and Music.
