Martha has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. Martha believes that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Martha's approach is interactive, warm, and accepting. Martha's job is to give clients the quickest relief possible which means she provides immediate feedback, tasks to focus on between sessions, and tools to learn coping skills.
