Natalia is bilingual in English and Spanish and has experience providing therapy services to a variety of individuals, particularly adolescents and young adults, in various settings within their homes, the community and in schools. Natalia has training in trauma-informed care and utilizes a compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience.
Natalia provides evidence-based psychological treatment for adolescents, adults, and couples using a multitude of modalities best suited for her clients including CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman Method, motivational interviewing, and executive functioning coaching. She works collaboratively with clients to identify treatment goals, further develop existing strengths, learn new skills, and pursue what is most important to them.
In addition, she also has experience providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of adults and adolescents experiencing problems with attention, memory, executive functioning, developmental disorders, and emotional and psychological issues.
Natalia earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the University of Rhode Island, and a Master of Arts Degree in Professional Psychology from William James College. She is currently a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program at William James College.
