Dr. Daly (they/them/theirs) provides an experiential and integrative approach to psychotherapy, working with young adults, adults, and older adults in an individual, couple and group capacity. Their areas of specialty include traumatic stress, attachment related disorders, serious and persistent mental illness, substance and behavior addictions, and working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Dr. Daly incorporates a variety of modalities depending on the needs and preferences of the client, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Contextual Trauma Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Hypnosis.
Dr. Daly received their doctoral training in Clincal Psychology at Nova Southeastern Univerity, followed by a pre-doctoral fellowship at Brattleboro Retreat. Prior to the completion of their doctoral degree Dr. Daly received their Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
