About Nicole L. Henry, LICSW

Nicole Henry’s approach is inviting, non-judgmental, and supportive. She believes in treating everyone with dignity and respect and commits to providing a safe, open and warm environment.

Every individual is unique and has different backgrounds, needs or obstacles that contribute to who they are and what they are searching for. Even the most common mental health issues such as anxiety or depression present differently for each person. This is why Ms. Henry utilizes various therapeutic models to best suit the needs of her clients because not everything is one-size-fits-all. Her approach to therapy is strengths-based and client-centered drawing from several modalities such as CBT, supportive therapy, stress management/relaxation techniques, solution focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing.

Ms. Henry combines evidence-based treatment with culturally-competent care helping adults and adolescents with anxiety, work or relationship stress, life transitions, depression, grief/loss and self-esteem issues.
