Rachel offers an individually-tailored approach to therapy, treating clients' presenting problems with the evidence-based interventions most suitable to them. She is specifically trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. She has many years experience in the mental health field and with treating issues such as self-injury, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, and chronic pain.
Rachel received her BA in Sociology from Colby College in 2009 and her Masters in Social Work with a Certificate in Healthcare Social Work from Simmons University in 2021. Additionally, she completed a 6-month DBT Intensive training with Behavior Tech in 2013.
