Rachel provides individual, couples, and family therapy using a strengths-based, mindfulness-based stress management, and cognitive behavioral focused treatment to young adolescents through adulthood. She utilizes this holistic approach to treat a wide range of anxiety disorders, relationship issues, mood disorders, trauma, college transitions, family/parenting, adoption, and adjustment issues.
Rachel received her Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR in 2005. She also completed the Advanced Training in Therapy with Adoptive & Foster Families at Portland State University in 2013. Over the last 15 years, she has worked with children, adults and families in Day Treatment, Outpatient Centers, in Group Private Practice, and at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell Counseling Department.
