Sarah Albert-Perry, MSW, LICSW has more than 13 years providing therapy, and her work focuses on meeting the needs and goals of her clients. She works with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, providing a warm and supportive environment for self-discovery, growth, and healing. Trained in psychodynamic theory (object relations most influences her work), Sarah has extensive experience with trauma-informed care, utilizing CBT, DBT and ACT in her work. She is strength based, and has strong sensibilities regarding unconscious and conscious process. She also utilizes knowledge of the brain and body, especially in working with trigger/response cycles, while incorporating mindfulness.
