Suzanne provides a wholistic approach to therapy treating depression, anxiety, relationship, and adjustment issues. Moms, nurses, teachers, and caregivers with a sense of humor benefit from counseling with Suzanne. Adults navigating change in their career and relationships work with Suzanne to break negative, limiting beliefs. Suzanne provides individual, couples & family therapy using Relational Life Therapy, CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Christian counseling upon request.

Suzanne Briggette is a Master’s Level Clinician, dully licensed to practice as both a Mental Health Counselor and a Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master’s Degree (M.Ed.) for Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies for Mental Health in 2001. Suzanne has been counseling families, couples, teens and adults for 17 years. She began her career in home based family therapy, and has worked in private practice settings for the past 10 years.
