About Tricia Karvounis, LICSW

Ms. Karvounis provides individual and couple's therapy. Ms. Karvounis is experienced in treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, ADHD, adjustment disorders, substance use disorders and grief. Additional focus areas are: conflict management, time management; organization skills; work and school related challenges, family and relationship dynamic challenges, self-esteem and confidence challenges. Ms. Karvounis helps patients to live a more balanced and fulfilling life and to be effective in management of stress, providing treatment through the following approaches: CBT, psychoeducation, behavioral activation, psychodynamic therapy, grief therapy. Education & Certifications: Ms. Karvounis is a licensed independent clinical social worker and received a Master of Science and Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University’s, Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences in Cleveland, Ohio.
