Dr. Victoria Martin provides a holistic approach to therapy treating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and adjustments to transitions in life. Dr. Victoria Martin provides individual, couples & family therapy using Relational Life Therapy, CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, Narrative therapy, Family Systems, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

Dr. Victoria Martin provides evidence-based psychological treatments for children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), autism-spectrum disorders (ASD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), and health-behavior/lifestyle changes, including working with LGBT+ individuals. Dr. Victoria Martin utilizes a variety of modalities depending on clients' needs, including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), stress management/relaxation techniques, mindfulness-based interventions, Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

    Dr. Victoria Martin received her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at William James College, and completed her pre-doctoral and postdoctoral fellowship at LifeStance Health of MA, formerly Child and Family Psychological Services. In addition, she completed an internship at Children's Friend, Inc. in Worcester, MA where she provided outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families and completed psychological assessments with individuals across the lifespan. Dr. Victoria Martin also completed a practicum at Arbour Counseling Services where she facilitated group therapy in the Partial-Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Dr. Victoria Martin completed training at South Coast Educational Collaborative where she provided individual and group therapy to children in an alternative school program, with a variety of presenting difficulties. Dr. Victoria Martin also received a Master's Degree in Professional Psychology from William James College.
