Dr. Victoria Martin provides a holistic approach to therapy treating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and adjustments to transitions in life. Dr. Victoria Martin provides individual, couples & family therapy using Relational Life Therapy, CBT, DBT, Gottman Method, Narrative therapy, Family Systems, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

Dr. Victoria Martin provides evidence-based psychological treatments for children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), autism-spectrum disorders (ASD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), and health-behavior/lifestyle changes, including working with LGBT+ individuals. Dr. Victoria Martin utilizes a variety of modalities depending on clients’ needs, including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), stress management/relaxation techniques, mindfulness-based interventions, Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
