Dr. Moní specializes in offering evidence-based psychological
treatments for young adults and adults. She specializes in treating anxiety
disorders, mood disorders, stress-related disorders such as headaches, chronic
pain, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), insomnia, and hypertension, as well as
helping with health-behavior and lifestyle changes. Dr. Moní employs a range of
modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. These modalities
include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), stress management and relaxation
techniques, mindfulness-based interventions, biofeedback, Internal Family
Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

    Dr. Moní received her doctoral training in Clinical
    Psychology at William James College at Newton, MA followed by a pre-doctoral
    internship at UConn Student Health and Wellness, Mental Health Services, and a
    post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine.
