About Eniana Tabor, PMHNP-BC

Ms. Tabor provides diagnostic assessments and medication management to individuals across the lifespan, utilizing a holistic, family and client centered strength-based approach in her work. She has experience working with children and adults with a variety of challenges and mental health needs. She works with children (starting at age 10 years), adolescents, and adults with a primary clinical interest in anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD and Pregnancy and/or Postpartum related mood disorders. Eniana incorporates whole health as part of treatment planning and emphasizes the importance of combining treatment modalities such as psychoeducation, psychotherapy, and pharmacology.

Eniana Tabor is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She received her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. She returned to school to pursue her passion in nursing and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Boston College as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her preceptorship at Metrowest Medical Center in Natick, MA on the adult inpatient psychiatric unit. After graduating, she completed a fellowship in Primary Care Behavioral Health at the Veteran’s Administration (VA) for further training in therapeutic methods and psychopharmacology. Prior to joining Lifestance, she worked as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at New England Center for Healthy Minds in Acton, MA providing outpatient medication management to individuals across the lifespan.
