I will meet you where you are at with compassion and understanding. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to work through the issues that have led you to seek therapy. I have experiencing using various approaches such as motivational interviewing, faith-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive therapy, and trauma-informed care. There is transformation that happens as people find their own inner resources that bring comfort and peace. Hard times provide us the opportunity for growth.
