About Brenna Shanahan, Psy.D.

Dr. Shanahan provides a person-centered holistic approach to therapy treating adults with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and adjustment challenges.     Dr. Shanahan received her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at William James College in Newton, MA, followed by a pre-doctoral internship at the University of Connecticut - Student Health and Wellness Mental Health. Dr. Shanahan is currently completing a postdoctoral fellowship at Lifestance Health.
