Chris believes that behavioral health is an important component of one's overall health and should be attended to as such. She offers compassionate, evidence-based care to help her clients cope with life’s challenges such as relationship difficulties, parenting support, stress reduction, or trauma recovery. Chris trained at Boston University School of Social Work, receiving her MSW in Clinical Practice with Individuals and Families in 1993 and her independent license in 1996. Chris is also certified in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
