About Elizabeth (Grace) Verbeck, Ph.D.

Dr. Grace Verbeck provides a relational approach to therapy with over a decade of experience treating children, youth, and adults with histories of complex trauma and associated conditions including PTSD, dissociation, and stress-related disorders. She also has considerable expertise providing clinical services to lesbian, gay, transgender, queer, gender fluid, and non-binary individuals and their families. She creates space for clients to safely explore, understand, and inhabit their unique experiences. Dr. Verbeck has mastered a wide variety of evidence-based and innovative complex trauma intervention models such as Trauma-Focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), biofeedback, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) and SMART (Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy).
