About Ilyse Rikleen, LMHC

Ilyse Rikleen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides individual therapy for adolescents and young adults, utilizing Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies in addition to a client-centered, strengths-based approach. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, problems related to adjustment and identity development, trauma, ADHD, and autism. Ilyse has particular interest in integrating health and wellness into her work, as she collaborates with individuals and their families to best help her clients work towards achieving their goals. In addition to her clinical services, she also serves as PCA’s Assistant Clinical Intake Coordinator.

    Ilyse received her Bachelor of Arts as a double major in Psychology and Human Development from Boston College and went on to receive her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College in 2014. She completed her clinical training at the Brandon School and Residential Treatment Center, as well as the Rhode Island Adult Correctional Institution. She has completed additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Clinical Trauma.
