Isabel Monteiro is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2024. Isabel specializes in working with young adults, young professionals, and college/graduate students. She has helped many people transition into adulthood, navigate the stress of college/grad school, a new job, work stress, interpersonal issues, and family conflicts (life in general!). To her, success looks like creating realistic goals that are achievable. Isabel aims to provide mental health services to young adults and believes in making self-care more accessible and meaningful to people of all backgrounds and identities. Isabel incorporates CBT, DBT, and mindfulness skills to create a toolbox for navigating adulthood. Outside of work, Isabel enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and trying new restaurants!
