Jessica Smith is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides evidence-based psychological treatment for children, adolescents, young adults and parent coaching. She specializes in treating complex trauma and associated conditions including anxiety disorders,

She is trained and informed in a variety of modalities depending on clients’ needs, including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Yoga-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Y-CBT), stress management/relaxation techniques, mindfulness-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
