About Lacy Vitko, LMHC

Lacy Vitko is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2023. She has a BA in Studio, Akron, OH and an MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy, Naropa University, Boulder, CO. Prior to joining LifeStance Lacy worked in non-profit program development, outpatient community mental health, and inpatient substance use treatment.

Lacy offers individualized treatment informed by evidence-based practices including art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing. She provides a safe and supportive space to explore barriers to living the life of your dreams. Lacy uses a variety of creative and expressive outlets to gain insight and awareness of underlying fears and anxieties. Outside of work, Lacy enjoys making art (she is a collage artist!), reading memoirs, cooking, and spending time with her loved ones.
