About Monica Goodrich-Pelletier, LMHC

Monica Goodrich-Pelletier provides psychotherapy to individuals and families using an integration of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, interpersonal and strength-based treatment approaches. She provides psychotherapy to adolescents, young adults and adults with a wide range of disorders such as adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, women’s issues, coping with life’s challenges, depression and stress. Ms. Goodrich-Pelletier believes in building a strong partnership with her clients in order to empower them to create change and achieve greater life satisfaction.

Monica Goodrich-Pelletier, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor. She received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria College. Ms. Goodrich-Pelletier, LMHC is a seasoned clinician with an array of clinical experience. She was the director of mental health services at a small private college for a number of years providing short-term, solution focused psychotherapy to the undergraduate college population. Ms. Goodrich-Pelletier has taught psychology classes at the undergraduate level as an adjunct professor. She has experience working in a community mental health clinic providing individual, group and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults, as well as in a hospital-based psychiatric emergency room service providing emergency assessments and crisis evaluations and in private practice providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents, young adults and adults. She is a member of the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselor’s association, American Counseling Association and American Mental Health Counseling Association.
