Monica Huynh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2022. Life can be a balancing act that can be difficult to navigate. Do you find yourself seeking external validation to fuel self-worth? Do you find your self-worth enforcing the dysfunctional narratives? Therapy is the opportunity to be heard, believed, true and challenged. Using a strength based, CBT and stress management approach, you and Monica can work together to have a better understanding of the balancing act, how to better tolerate discomfort, and to utilize self-validation to fuel self-worth. Monica enjoys working with populations that are young adults, adults, BIPOC, and first-generation immigrants. Her primary focus is on depression, anxiety, codependency, self-esteem, and the impacts of generational/cultural norms. Outside of work, Monica enjoys cooking, being social with friends/family, trying new foods and traveling.
Monica Huynh, MSW, LCSW, received her Bachelor of Arts at Bridgewater State University, followed by her Masters of Social Work at Bridgewater State University. Monica has worked in various clinical settings such as the May Institute, The Family Counseling Center, and Arbour Hospital.
