About Neeti Sanghrajka Shah, LICSW

Neeti is a licensed independent clinical social worker who provides individual, couples and family therapy utilizing a variety of modalities that include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, insight-oriented therapy, person-centered, culturally sensitive, strengths-based, trauma-informed therapy and conflict resolution. Having worked overseas in different capacities makes Neeti adapt easily to working with individuals from different backgrounds, ethnicities and belief systems. Integrating cultural sensitivity into her work to accommodate and respect differences in opinions, values, and attitudes is a critical component of her approach to treatment. Neeti works collaboratively with each client to identify their needs while incorporating evidence-based practices to promote one’s self-esteem, relationships, positive change and outlook on life to enable them tofeel empowered and independent. Neeti works with clients with a wide range of behavioral health issues including addiction/recovery, mood disorders, ADHD, suicidal ideation/self-harm, cultural identity, trauma, life transitions, eating disorders, OCD, relationship struggles/marital discord and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

Neeti has received her MSW from Boston College School of Social Work in Massachusetts, followed by her LCSW and LICSW licensure.
