About Nicole Caplin, LICSW

Facing hardship and difficult times are not meant to be done alone. Each of us will have times we need help from others, and making the choice to seek professional help can be empowering. Lett me walk beside you and together we will discover your own path to healing and recovery. I have experience working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, anger, mood disorders, PTSD, addiction, and dual diagnosis. I will meet you where you are at with compassion and understanding. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to work through the issues that have led you to seek therapy. I have experiencing using various approaches such as motivational interviewing, faith-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive therapy, and trauma-informed care. There is transformation that happens as people find their own inner resources that bring comfort and peace. Hard times provide us the opportunity for growth. As we grow, there is a natural healing that occurs that brings forth positive changes and improved overall health. Let’s work together to get you on the path to healthy living and wholeness.
